We would like to ensure that your appointment at the salon runs as smoothly as possible. Please read our booking rules and guidance so that you get the most from your visit to us.

We have introduced a new fairer way to charge for colours, this is based on time to apply the colour and the amount of product used. If you need advice on which service to book for your requirements, please contact the salon for help or book a consultation when you will be given a clear quotation of the cost of your service. The skin test, if required, can also be done at the consultation.

Please note if you do not book for the full service you require, due to time restrictions, we may not be able to accommodate your needs if the appointment is not booked correctly. Please contact the salon if you require any advice on your booking.

PLEASE NOTE

If you are booking a colour service for the first time, please book a consultation first, this is a free service and it will ensure that both you and your stylist are prepared for the service, we will also do the required skin test at the consultation, this will ensure your appointment will run smoothly on the day.

For Wedding hair, please telephone to discuss your requirements rather than book on line.


IMPORTANT : If we have not done a colour for you before or within the last 6 months then you will need to have a skin test 48 hours before your appointment to ensure that you do not have an allergic reaction. Just pop inTO THE SALON and we can do this for you.

If you are unable to book for the service/stylist you require, this could be as the service your require is not available that day/time, please call the salon on 0116 287 1100 to make the booking.

Barber/Gents appointments are no longer available to book online, please call the salon to book your appointment.
